My Names is Cass. I'm A junior at a NYC High School. When I was 12, I visited Kibera in Kenya, an experience that deeply inspired me to return to volunteer at CHAZOn, an orphanage and school. I SAW THAT One of the most significant challenges CHAZON faced was the lack of adequate toilet facilities. The absence of toilets is not only unsanitary but also dehumanizing for the children, affecting their health, dignity, and daily lives. Because this issue is so widespread and persistent in Kenya, my group and I decided that the most meaningful and lasting impact we could make would be to help build proper toilet facilities.
