Toilets are needed 

They are a public health necessity. The U.N. estimates every $1 invested in water and toilets returns an average of $4 in saved medical costs.  OFTEN  KIDS do not have a sanitary place to go to the bathroom at schoolS, orphanageS or at THEIR homeS. This lack of a basic neCesSity creates unsanitary conditions for the kids and feels dehumanizing for many of them.
